- Coconut- 1 Large

Method
Firstly, wash the tiger nuts properly. Put it in a bowl, add water and soak for 24 hours
Note: soak only the dry tiger nut.
Secondly, break the coconuts into small pieces and remove the white portion of the coconut from the shell for easier blending.
Then, rinse your dates and cut them in half, carefully removing the seeds inside.
After that, in a blender, combine the soaked tiger nuts, coconut, and seedless dates. Blend in enough water until the mixture is “smooth.”
